What is Technology Voucher Program The TVP Scheme aims to subsidize local SMEs to apply technology service or solutions to boost their productivity or upgrade transformation. We will provide recommendation of the most suitable business improvement plan for SMEs and assist in applying for government funding. Any of Non-listed companies that meet the following conditions can apply : All non-listed enterprises registered in HK under the BRO ( Chap. 301), and The enterprise must have substantive business operation in Hong Kong related to the project under application at the time of application submission. To ensure proper focus on project implementation, an enterprise is NOT allowed to undertake more than ONE TVP project at the same time parallel. Expenditure items under an approved project shall NOT receive funding support from other local public funding source.
